Huey Magoo’s Opens First Location in Miami-Dade County

Huey Magoo’s, a fast-casual brand known for its chicken tenders, has opened its first restaurant in Miami-Dade County. This marks the brand’s 76th location nationwide and the first of nine planned stores across Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Huey Magoo’s is making its debut in Miami-Dade County with a new restaurant in Palmetto Bay. Widely recognized for its flavorful chicken tenders, the brand is significantly expanding its nationwide presence. This Palmetto Bay location is the 76th restaurant Huey Magoo’s has opened across the United States.

The new restaurant spans 2,590 square feet, featuring indoor and outdoor seating options. Customers can enjoy their meals in various ways, such as dine-in, takeout, catering and online ordering via the Huey Magoo’s mobile app, website or third-party delivery services like DoorDash and Uber Eats. The restaurant is run by franchisees Frank Hennessey, Harry Dixon and Henry Dixon, and it’s the first of nine Huey Magoo’s stores they plan to open across Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Huey Magoo’s is known for its handcrafted chicken tenders made from the finest 3% of the chicken — the tenderloin. The tenders are served hand-breaded, marinated for 24 hours, grilled or tossed in various sauces for maximum flavor.

The restaurant’s menu includes various customizable options, including fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps and tender meals. Guests can enjoy Fresh-Cut Chips, freshly prepared Coleslaw, Banana Pudding and house-made specialty dips. In addition to the regular menu, Huey Magoo’s recently launched a loyalty program, Magoo’s Rewards™, allowing members to earn points toward free food with every purchase.

Huey Magoo’s new restaurant in Palmetto Bay is located at 14967 S Dixie Highway. Its operating hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
