COOKIE POLICY

Huey Magoo’s Restaurants, LLC (“Huey Magoo’s”, “we”, “our” and “us”) and selected third parties (such as our advertising partners) may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about your online activities, over time and across third-party websites and devices, and when using our online services to further personalize your experience with us.

Overview of Cookies Policy.

When you use our Online Services, read our emails or otherwise engage with us through a computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone or other device, we and our third-party partners, automatically collect personal information about how you access and use our Online Services and information about the device you use to access our Online Services. This information allows us to improve your Huey Magoo’s customer experience. For example, we and third parties we partner with may use tracking technologies (such as cookies and beacons) to:

  • Recognize new or current customers;
  • Store your password if you are registered on our Online Services;
  • Improve our Online Services and your customer experience;
  • Serve you with interest-based or targeted advertising;
  • Observe your behaviors and browsing activities over time across multiple websites or other platforms; and
  • Better understand the interests of our customers and those who access our Online Services.

A “cookie” is a small text file that a website transfers to an individual’s device or web browser that allows the website to remember an individual and track that individual’s visits and activities. The scope of information that we collect may include, without limitation, your IP address or device ID, how frequently you visit our Online Services, the device(s) from which you access our Online Services, the identity of your Internet service provider, your purchase history and payment process, the Online Services you visit before and after visiting our Online Services, and your location from which you access our Online Services.

“Beacons” (or “pixels”) are technologies that communicate information from your device to a server. Beacons can be embedded in online content, videos, and emails, and can allow a server to read certain types of information from your device, know when you have viewed particular content or a particular email message, determine the time and date on which you viewed the beacon, and the IP address of your device.

We may also use additional tracking technologies on our Online Services such as web beacons (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, and clear GIFs) and mobile software development kits (SDKs). Please note we and our third-party service providers may monitor visits to our Online Services and sessions of users with tracking technologies, including cookies. This monitoring may log the details of your visits to our Online Services and information generated in the course of using our Online Services, such as clicks, page visits, text entered, how long you spent on a page, and other details of your visits to or actions on our Online Services.

Cookies that We May Use.

We may use the following categories of cookies. These cookies may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our online services.

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work.
  • Functional Cookies. These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
  • Performance Cookies. These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. If you do not allow these cookies some of the services may not function properly and we cannot analyze site performance.
  • Targeting Cookies. These cookies may be set throughout site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant ads on other sites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising. We use the information collected through cookies to personalize our content and advertisements, to provide social media features, to deliver content, analyze the traffic on our Online Services and for other internal purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for a detailed explanation of how we collect, use and share personal information that we collect from you.
  • Social Media Cookies. These cookies may be set by social media services that we have added to our Online Services to enable you to share our content with your friends and networks. These cookies can track your browser across other sites and building up a profile of your interests. We share the information about your use of our Online Services with our social media, advertising and analytics partners who may combine it with other information that you’ve provided to them or that they collected from your use of their services.

We may also share any of the data collected by these tracking technologies with third parties for our business purposes. We use a third party provider (currently, Incentivio, Inc. (“Incentivio”)) to operate and maintain certain aspects of our Online Services. Please review a copy of Incentivo’s privacy policy for information about its cookies policy.

We, or our third-party partners, may link your various devices so that content you see on one device can result in relevant advertising on another device. We do this by collecting information about each device you use when you are logged in to our Online Services. We may also work with third party partners who employ tracking technologies, or the application of statistical modeling tools, to determine if two or more devices are linked to a single user or household. We may share a common account identifier (such as an email address or user ID) with third party advertising partners to help recognize you across devices. We, and our partners, can use this cross-device linkage to serve interest-based advertising and other personalized content to you across your devices, to perform analytics and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

CONTROLLING COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Huey Magoo’s Cookie Settings Tool

You may accept or reject cookies, except strictly necessary cookies, by using the cookie preference section of the Online Services.

Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to adjust your browser settings to: (i) notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it; (ii) disable existing cookies; or (iii) set your browser to automatically reject cookies. You can manage your tracking preferences by changing your web browser settings if you do not wish to receive a cookie or if you wish to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. Click on the “Help” section of your web browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. Please note that if you disable all cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of all the features offered by our Online Services.

Some newer browsers may have a “Do Not Track” preference that transmits a “Do Not Track” header to the websites you visit with information indicating that you do not want your activity to be tracked. Huey Magoo’s does not currently take actions to respond to Do Not Track signals because a uniform technological standard has not yet been developed. We continue to review new technologies and may adopt a standard once one is created.

Blocking or deleting cookies may negatively impact your experience using our Online Services, as some features and services on our Online Services may not work properly. Depending on your mobile device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all tracking technologies. You may set your e-mail options to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you viewed or engaged with our emails.

Updating Huey Magoo’s Cookie Policy

Huey Magoo’s may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Therefore, it is important that you revisit this Cookie Policy regularly to stay informed about our use of cookies and related technologies. The date at the top of this Cookie Policy indicates when it was last updated.
