COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT MAGOO’S REWARDS™
How does Huey Magoo’s rewards program work?
A: Once you join Huey Magoo’s rewards program, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 that you spend in-restaurant, in-app and through online purchases at HueyMagoos.com. These points can then be redeemed for free food in our restaurants. The more points you earn, the bigger the reward. Third-party sales do not count towards Huey Magoo’s rewards program.
Do catering orders earn points?
A: Yes, catering orders earn 1 point per $1 spent.
How do I sign up for Huey Magoo’s rewards program?
A: Download the Huey Magoo’s app and create an account. You can also join online by clicking here.
Where do I find my rewards?
A: You can view rewards by logging into your account on the app and clicking the heart-shaped rewards tab at the bottom of the screen. Your available point balance is shown on the top right of the app’s home screen.
How do I earn points?
A: While placing an order through our app is the easiest way to earn points, points can be earned whether you purchase in-app, online or in one of our restaurants. When placing an order in-restaurant, whether at the counter or in the drive-thru, be sure to have the cashier scan the QR code from our app or give them your phone number. If placing an order online or through our app, be sure you are signed in so you will automatically earn points for your order. Points are earned based on your subtotal and do not include tax and tip. Points are also not earned on gift card purchases.
Do points expire?
A: Points will expire one year from the date you earn them. However, when you redeem points for rewards your oldest points will always be used first.
Can I share my points?
A: No, points cannot be shared from one account to another.
Do my rewards expire?
A: Yes, rewards may expire depending on the type of reward in your account. To see if your reward has an expiration date, simply open the reward on your rewards tab.
Can I earn points on delivery orders?
A: Points cannot be earned on orders from third-party delivery services such as UberEats, DoorDash or Grubhub.
I just placed an order and I don’t see my points?
A: Points may take up to 24 hours to be added to your account. If you do not see your points in your account after 24 hours, please send a copy of your receipt and your account information to Rewards@HueyMagoos.com within 1 week of your visit.
I forgot to scan my app—can I still get points?
A: You can add missed points by emailing Rewards@HueyMagoos.com. You will need your account information and will need to submit your receipt.
Can I earn and redeem at all locations?
A: While most of our locations do participate in Magoo’s Rewards™, individual restaurants may not. Please check with your nearest Huey Magoo’s to see if they participate.
Can I use multiple rewards in one order?
A: No, guests are limited to one reward per transaction.
What if there’s a problem with my account?
A: If you are having trouble with your account or app, please send an email with a detailed message and a screenshot of your issue to Rewards@HueyMagoos.com. We will work to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
